What happens to my online orders?

Orders submitted online through the wholesale portal will be submitted as a quote to be approved.

You will be contacted by a team member to confirm the order before invoicing.

 

What type of shipping do you use and what is the time frame?

All domestic packages are sent with Australia Post Express Post. Signature on Delivery is required for shipments over A$2,000.

International packages over A$2,000 are sent with FedEx.

Any orders received before 2pm and in stock can be sent out the same day.

 

How long does it take to have a pearl strand re-strung and what is the cost?

All our pearls can be strung free of charge with your choice of clasp.

We have a large selection of silver and gold clasps to choose from.

Time frame can vary between 1-3 days depending on order quantity.

 

Do your prices include sales tax?

All prices quoted on the website are Australian Dollars and do not include any shipping, taxes, customs, duties and clearance fees.

For orders shipped to an Australian address, we will add 10% GST at the checkout.
